About this card:

This NetDragon Universal card adds credit to a 99.com account tied to Iraq, the platform NetDragon uses to run its online games. Once the credit is applied, you can use it across the games NetDragon operates on the portal instead of entering payment details every time you want to buy something in-game. It works well for players already active on one of these titles who want a quick way to top up, and it also works as a straightforward gift for someone who plays on 99.com. The code is sold in two fixed amounts, so you can match the top-up to how much you plan to spend.
