About this card:

NetDragon Universal PT is a digital code that adds credit to a 99.com account, the portal NetDragon uses to run online games such as Conquer Online, Eudemons Online and Zero Online. Instead of entering card details inside each game, players load credit once on the portal and spend it across the titles they play there. This version is set up for Portugal, so it matches accounts registered in that region. Pick the 10 or 25 USD amount depending on how much you want to add, then use the credit toward in-game purchases in whichever NetDragon game you're playing. It's a straightforward way to top up for yourself or to buy as a gift for someone who already plays on 99.com.
