About this card:

This NetDragon Universal card adds credit to a 99.com account set up in Somalia, which you then spend inside the NetDragon games running on that portal. It comes as a code sold at two fixed amounts, so you can match the top-up to what you want to spend without overbuying. Because it's tied to the Somalia region, it's built for players whose 99.com account is registered there rather than elsewhere. It works well for someone already playing on the portal who wants a quick, cardless way to top up, or as a gift for a player you know uses 99.com games.
