Carrefour is one of the largest supermarket and hypermarket chains in Brazil, selling groceries, fresh food, household goods, electronics and general merchandise both in its physical stores and through its website. This gift card puts a balance on your Carrefour account that you can spend on what the store sells. To use it in a physical store, present the card at the till. Online, enter the card code and password in the "Adicionar um Cart\u00e3o Presente" field at checkout. You can combine up to two cards in a physical store and up to five cards on the website. There is no minimum spend, and the balance cannot be cancelled, transferred or exchanged for cash. You can check the balance any time via WhatsApp on (11) 3004-2222, option 4. The card is issued instantly after redemption, so it suits anyone shopping with Carrefour in Brazil, or anyone buying a gift for a household there. The balance runs on a rolling six-month validity that renews with qualifying top-ups, and the instructions supplied with the card are in Portuguese.
