Ecobnb

Ecobnb is an online booking platform for eco-friendly accommodation, from small farm stays and B&Bs to hotels that run on renewable energy, serve local food and cut down on waste. You search and book stays the same way you would on any travel site, but every listing is chosen for its environmental credentials. The Ecobnb gift card works as prepaid credit towards a stay. You pick a place on Ecobnb, and at checkout you enter your gift card code in the coupon field to apply it to your booking. Full redemption steps are on Ecobnb's own guide at https://ecobnb.com/blog/gift-card-traveler/. This card is listed for Italy, so it suits anyone planning a trip there — walkers and cyclists, families looking for a quiet countryside base, or a traveller who cares about the footprint of where they sleep. It is also a straightforward gift when you know someone likes to travel but not where they want to go.
